JUAN SPORTS Terms and Conditions

I Member's Basic Information

To become a Juan Sports Member, new players may register either onsite at our authorized locations or through our online registration portal. All applicants must provide mandatory personal information along with one (1) valid government-issued Identification Card. By submitting personal data, players acknowledge they have read and understood Juan Sports' Data Privacy Policy, which details how information will be collected, processed, and protected in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Registration constitutes express consent to such data handling, and players waive any claims against Juan Sports for lawful use of submitted information.

II Communications Opt In

To enhance your gaming experience, Juan Sports may send communication materials including administrative updates, regulatory notices, and promotional offers through various channels such as email, SMS, phone calls, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Registration with Juan Sports constitutes express consent to receive such communications through all mentioned channels. While marketing communications can be opted out of via account settings or by contacting Customer Service, essential administrative and legally required notices will continue to be sent and cannot be opted out of.

III Collection and Privacy Statement

Juan Sports collects personal information as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and to provide gaming services. Beyond PAGCOR, information may be shared with essential suppliers, third-party service providers, affiliated companies, and subsidiaries for purposes including:

• Enhancing account security, safeguarding funds, and establishing proactive risk controls
• Providing various services, account administration, accounting, market research, player tracking, and customer support
• Prize distribution and promotional activity implementation
• Other purposes analogous to those listed above

Personal information processing adheres to strict privacy policies compliant with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

IV Terms and Conditions for Membership

Juan Sports welcomes qualified individuals aged twenty-one (21) or older. In accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1869 (amended by Republic Act No. 9487), persons under 21 years of age or students enrolled in Philippine educational institutions are prohibited from gaming activities, whether onsite or via our Online Gaming Platform.

By proceeding with registration, you attest that you do not fall under any restricted categories. Funds in accounts of ineligible players will be forfeited to the Government. Juan Sports assumes no liability for losses, claims, or damages resulting from such forfeiture or access termination due to regulatory compliance.

V Responsible Gaming

Players must be informed of responsible gaming reminders issued by PAGCOR, including prohibitions against playing online games in open and public spaces. Juan Sports promotes responsible gaming practices and provides resources for players who may need assistance with gambling-related concerns.

VI Binding Effect of Game Mechanics and Amendments

By registering for and using the Juan Sports platform, players expressly acknowledge that all game mechanics, rules, and conditions—including any modifications, updates, or adjustments—are legally binding. Juan Sports reserves the right to revise, update, or modify gameplay, mechanics, features, or interfaces at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Continued platform use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised mechanics.

Players are solely responsible for staying informed about current game mechanics, rules, and updates. All changes are incorporated into these Terms upon publication or implementation, regardless of whether players have reviewed them.

VII Authority to Determine Final Results

The Juan Sports platform, through its certified game engine and backend systems, holds sole and exclusive authority to determine, validate, and declare official game results. Registration and acceptance of these Terms constitute express acceptance of all final outcomes based on Juan Sports' determinations.

VIII Member's Affirmation and Consent

1. Age and Compliance

I confirm I am 21 years or older, have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Juan Sports' Terms and Conditions, which may be amended at Juan Sports' sole discretion. I declare that registration details are true, complete, and correct, acknowledging that misrepresentation may result in membership termination without notice.

2. Regulatory Compliance

I agree to comply with house rules, regulations, and PAGCOR-issued policies regarding establishment operations. Non-compliance may result in immediate access suspension or termination without liability to Juan Sports.

3. Privacy and Data Usage

I have read and understood the Collection and Privacy Statement, giving informed and voluntary consent to personal information collection and use. I understand I may withdraw consent by contacting Customer Support, though withdrawal may limit or revoke access to certain services, including potential membership deactivation per regulatory requirements.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

I agree to complete KYC verification before first withdrawal or within three calendar days of registration, whichever comes first. Failure to complete KYC within this timeframe will result in account freezing. Account reactivation requires contacting Juan Sports Customer Support and submitting a reactivation request. Juan Sports is not liable for losses, delays, or limitations resulting from frozen accounts due to KYC non-compliance.

5. Funding, Withdrawals, and Account Security

All funding, withdrawals, and transfers must occur exclusively through registered payment/banking accounts. Transactions using unregistered accounts may lead to immediate account suspension or termination pending verification. I may use third-party services (GCash, PayMaya, etc.) through Juan Sports, authorizing use of provided personal and billing information for transaction processing.

6. Processing Periods for Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed due to scheduled maintenance or third-party payment provider disruptions. Players must report unreflected deposits to ensure proper crediting. Juan Sports is not liable for delays, losses, or failed transactions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including third-party service issues. Platform use constitutes waiver of claims against Juan Sports for third-party service failures, processing delays, or transactional errors not directly caused by Juan Sports' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

IX Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Provision

1. Compliance with AML Laws

Juan Sports is committed to full compliance with applicable AML laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) issuances.

2. Customer Verification and Reporting

Platform use constitutes consent to customer verification checks and transaction record maintenance per AML requirements. Players must promptly report suspicious activities associated with money laundering or illegal financial activities.

3. Record-Keeping

Juan Sports maintains accurate identity verification and transaction records per applicable laws, retaining them for AML regulation periods. Records may be disclosed to regulatory authorities when legally mandated.

4. Termination of Accounts

Juan Sports reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict accounts without prior notice for money laundering involvement or reasonable suspicion thereof. Juan Sports may withhold funds in accounts involved in suspicious transactions pending investigation outcomes.

5. Cooperation with Investigations

Players agree to fully cooperate with Juan Sports, AMLC, law enforcement, or regulatory bodies during AML investigations, audits, or inquiries.

6. Penalties for Non-Compliance

Non-compliance with AML laws may result in legal penalties and account suspension, termination, or restriction.

7. Amendments to AML Requirements

Juan Sports may amend AML policies to align with legal changes. Players are solely responsible for reviewing and adhering to updated policies as a continuing platform use condition.

X General Notice on Amendments

These Terms and Conditions, including all provisions, are subject to change, revision, update, or amendment at any time at Juan Sports' sole discretion, without prior notice or user consent. Continued platform use constitutes binding acceptance of such modifications.
